Shanghai International Studies University currently carries out three Chinese-foreign cooperation in running programs at undergraduate level and above approved by the Ministry of education, the informations as follows:
1. Cooperate with Alcala University in Spain to organize the Spanish Undergraduate Education Program
The program was approved by the Ministry of education in January 2014, with a planned enrollment scale of 30 people. After graduation, students can obtain the Bachelor of Arts degree certificate, graduation certificate, and enterprise management realism certificate of Alcala University. The first batch of students enrolled in the project in September 2015.
2. Cooperate with Bayreuth University in Germany to organize the German Undergraduate Education Program
The program was approved by the Ministry of education in January 2015, and 25 students are enrolled in the college entrance examination plan every year. Graduates of the program can obtain the Bachelor of Arts degree certificate and graduation certificate of our university, and the bachelor's degree certificate of Bayreuth University in Germany (students studying in Germany).
3. Cooperate with Ewha Womans University of South Korea to hold the South Korean society and culture Postgraduate Education Program
This postgraduate education program was approved by the Ministry of education in April 2013, and 5 students are enrolled in the graduate enrollment plan every year. After graduation, students can obtain the master's degree in Asian and African languages, academic certificate and realistic certificate of Ewha Womans University.
According to the global strategy of Shanghai International Studies University (2021-2025), our university should promote the interconnection of domestic and international education and teaching during the 14th Five Year Plan period and promote the construction of global education system; Develop domestic and foreign cooperative training projects that reflect the characteristics of disciplines at home and abroad, and lead the innovation of international talent training mode. Our university has three Chinese-foreign cooperation in running programs approved by the Ministry of education, which condenses the wisdom and efforts of several generations of SISUers, spans the cultivation of undergraduates and postgraduates, and organically integrates the contents of economics, management, national and regional studies and other disciplines.
